A few considerations:
- The number of packs you use depends on your desired volume. In general, you might have to buy between three to eight packs to achieve the fullness you want. Head’s up: a lot of crochet hair are now sold in bundles of 4 – 8 packs.
- Be sure to leave enough space in between each piece of crochet hair to avoid a look that is too voluminous.
- Remember to moisturize your own hair regularly (more on maintaining your hair here) to avoid shedding resulting from dryness and breakage once you remove your crochets.
