I will say I was confused about whether the Bantu knots included the option to add hair since there was no option to add on hair when I was booking. When I inquired about adding hair being extra I was told that it was implied that it was your natural hair and not extensions yet when I initially asked if the style included extensions immediately after booking, the CS rep had to double check. Adding add is now apart of the booking process. I ended up adding extensions through a link that they sent me.

Victoria arrived early and completed the style an hour earlier than the allotted time. I was ready for her when she arrived so we got started immediately. I asked her to oil the rubber bands for the color treated parts of my hair. She had a picture of Bantu knots on her portfolio and I asked her to recreate them and it came out way better due to the color and my accessories that we added to the Bantu knots. I’m in love with my hair and I’m happy I did add kanekalon. I originally didn’t want to due to large knots altering my sleep but I wanted the fullness and the color treated part is a bit thinner than the rest of my hair.
