Reece is a NYC based hairstylist and at 23, she is currently a student at the Carsten Institute of Cosmetology in New York City where she is expected to graduate in January 2015. At Carsten, Reece has made a point to not only learn the traditional techniques and services offered but has also opened herself to learning how to apply those same techniques to diverse hair types, especially naturally, curly hair.
