Length: I didn’t take exact measurements but I’ll say my hair grew about an inch over the course of 6 weeks. Texture: As I continued to my normal regime I noticed that my hair was definitely thicker than before in its naturally curly and blown out state. My hair was also softer. I can’t say the thickness was explicitly due to the pills because of the cut I received prior to and my wide variety of products. However, I will say I think the pills helped to increase thickness. Skin: Mielle Organics states the pills were formulated to support healthy hair without the breakouts and I’m happy to report I did not have any breakouts with these pills. Yay!

The bottle instructs customers to take two [pills] per day. They are pretty large pills, but you can blend them into a smoothie if you have a complex about swallowing pills. The hardest part for me was the taste, but I soon got used to it. I advise you all to drink AT LEAST 64 oz. of water per day and to follow up with a multivitamin after you take your two hair vitamins. The multivitamin helps balance out the excessive amount of biotin that is in the Healthy Hair Formula. It also helps to minimize breakouts, if you do experience them. The customer service is great. Monique, the owner of the company, is extremely hands on and replies back in a timely manner. I can’t wait to finish my 2nd bottle! It will be a lot easier to track my progress since I am taking a break from protective styles.
On 4A-4B Hair
…For about 20 bucks a bottle you get a full 30 day (2 pills a day) supply of Mielle Organics Hair Vitamins. These pills did increase my hair growth and I could tell because I was shaving a lot more often, and my eyebrows grew in full force. Thats the thing with hair vitamins you can’t control where exactly the hair will grow the most, you just hope and pray it is the hair on your head. What I noticed with these pills is a definite quick regrowth/thickening of these areas (nape/back area and edges of my hair) in particular. My favorite part about taking these pills was the dramatic decrease in shedding!!

I challenged myself to take the Mielle Organics Healthy Hair vitamins everyday for the month of February to see what how they compare to my usual 5,000 mcg biotin. I didn’t like the fact that I had to take them twice a day. It’s hard enough for me to remember to take my one a day vitamins LOL. I liked the fact that I could take the vitamins with or without food. I don’t always have time to eat in the morning, so it was easy for me to just take the pill with a bottle of water. I gained about a full inch of growth over the month that I took the vitamins, although I would forget a few times. My hair seemed stronger and like it had less breakage during the time I was taking them. I didn’t notice the acne that normally comes along with taking vitamins containing Biotin, which I was grateful for (although I still drank a lot of water). I really recommend trying Mielle Organics!

I’m bout to be finish my second bottle and they work!!! My hair is so thick, full, and healthy. I use to have a lot of breakage before taking these vitamins, but now I have minimum breakage. It cut my breakage down a lot. This product really works!!!
