Of course this lovely Parisian caught our eye with her wavy bob, but we especially liked that she rocked her waves with a tom-boyish look. Taking a note from Jay-Z, she went all black everything, with a black shirt buttoned all the way and leather jacket. Red lips and gold chains added a little razzle dazzle.
