Our Service collects the following personally identifying information: name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, as well as information pertaining to the user’s hair, hairstyles, and usage of the Service.


Our servers and third party analytics software may also collect information regarding your usage of our services, including without limitation the pages you visit, the browser software and operating system you use, your internet service provider, your Internet Protocol address, referring / exit pages, date / time stamp and clickstream data. Additionally, the Service utilizes user-specific analytics that measure individual use of the site, including but not limited to which videos have been viewed, internal pages visited, and duration of visit.

Sweepstakes, Surveys, Registration

You may knowingly provide personal identifying information during contests, surveys, sweepstakes, giveaways, site registration, or use of public areas, such as a forum or comment section with the Site. Unruly may use aggregate forms of this information — not individual data — for marketing and promotional purposes. This Site offers newsletter or email subscription services and cookies may be used to remember if you are already registered and whether to show certain notifications which might only be valid to subscribed/unsubscribed users.

Google OAuth

Some users may opt in to use the calendar feature of the Unruly site. Doing so requires granting the Unruly site, via an OAuth application, access to your Google Calendar. The application does not pull in data from your calendar into our site. It only reads when you have sections in your calendar that are free. The Unruly calendar application will push certain appointment information from our site to your Google Calendar. We do not collect or store any data from your calendar on our site.

Additional Web Site Viewing Information

The Site may use cookies (i.e. files / information placed by a website on your computer to facilitate future use) internally, they may be used by third parties such as network advertisers to serve advertisements and may use third party analytics service providers to evaluate and provide us with information about the use of our Services and viewing of our content.
