      She was a about 10-15 min. late but, she made up for it with her personality and how quickly she styled my hair. I had to show here the picture a few times before it was final but, I think she was trying to not scare me with how big the hair was going to be when she finished. For me, I only needed 4 packs.       Overall Emma was great. She was on time, professional and did a great job with my hair. She didnt ask me any questions about my style or haircare but to be fair I didn’t ask her either. My only request would be that some effort be made to clean up afterwards as there was a ton of hair on the floor. But simply styling was great.
