It was my first appt with Unruly and it was a great experience. I would definitely use the service again, but I often do my own hair so might not use it often – but that is not indicative of the service just keeping personal costs down. The stylist was very friendly, and made me feel comfortable, she was easy to talk to, and seemed very adaptable and flexible. It can be awkward having someone come into your home, but she was very friendly and made the experience more comfortable. I think this is a great service for those who prefer a more private experience, or who might be dealing with health or mobility issues and cannot travel to get their hair done.
