One of the most successful girl groups of all time, Destiny’s Child was known for its trendsetting sense of style.
“Say My Name,” arguably the group’s most popular song features standout stars Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland respectively rocking blonde micro twists and a short blue pixie cut. And while the video features the girls boxed into their respective color palettes, it gives us #hairspiration for temporary out-of-the-box hair colors.
Kelly’s pixie is a 90s take on the classic cut with a little more length than a typical pixie, while the blue tint gives it a somewhat space age feel.
Meanwhile, Beyoncé’s sticks with her usual blonde color choice, with half-braids. While these type of braids have yet to make a resurgence, braiding in color to your hair is a growing trend.
