We’re writing to share that we’ll be adding a $20 travel fee to our services effective January 13, 2025. As much as we don’t like to increase costs, this fee will be passed directly through to stylists to help them offset some of travel-related costs our stylists incur, such as parking, gas, tolls, and subway expenses. It ensures our stylists are fairly compensated for the time and resources needed to get to appointments.
This means, the next time you book an appointment, you’ll now see a $20 travel fee listed at checkout. You’ll also notice that we’ve added more ways to pay to ease the burden on you, including Klarna, Afterpay, and PayPal Pay Later, which all let you pay for your favorite styles across 4 easy payments with no interest.
As you know, our platform is nothing without our amazing stylists, so we thank you in advance for understanding and for your continued support.
