Are there any hair oils I can use to combat balding (edges)?

Castor Oil is always a good option, however personally I prefer a mix of Lavender oil (promotes hair growth), Rosemary oil (good for thickness and growth), castor oil, and peppermint oil.

How should I treat a dry and itchy scalp?

Drinks a lot of water! Also, allow your scalp to breath in between weaves/wigs, cleanse properly every 10-14 days. Use lightweight oils if necessary.
